Description

Learn how to make perfectly sautéed mushrooms that are tender and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of white wine during cooking.
  • Make sure not to overcrowd the pan to ensure even cooking.
