Salmon Broccoli Pasta

Description

A quick and creamy pasta with tender salmon, broccoli, and a lemon garlic parmesan sauce. Nutritious and delicious in 30 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • 1/2 lemon (juice & zest)

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta; add broccoli in last 2–3 mins
  2. Cook salmon until flaky
  3. Make sauce with butter, garlic, cream, parmesan, and lemon
  4. Toss pasta and broccoli in sauce
  5. Fold in salmon and garnish with parsley

Notes

Add red pepper flakes for a kick, or swap cream for Greek yogurt to lighten the sauce.
