Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
