- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, bacon, blue cheese, green bell pepper, and black olives.
- Drizzle the Italian dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
