Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe pineapple, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup dark rum
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup flour

  2. In another bowl, mix the flour and coconut flakes.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Remove the pineapple slices from the rum mixture, allowing excess liquid to drip off.

  6. Fry the coated pineapple slices in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
