- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can of Rotel tomatoes, drained
- 2 cups of biscuit mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cheddar cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes.
- Add the biscuit mix and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier version, use hot sausage or add jalapeños.
