- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 4 cups chicken broth

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.

- Add the Rotel tomatoes, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
