Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, and 1 tablespoon of flour in a large bowl. Stir well and transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Mix the oats, 1 cup of flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon in another bowl until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the rhubarb.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is bubbly.
