- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package (7.5 oz) Red Lobster Biscuit Mix
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
- Prepare the Red Lobster Biscuit mix according to package instructions and fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the chicken filling in the pie dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
