Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup of fresh mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup of granola


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until well combined.
  2. In serving glasses, layer the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of raspberries, then a layer of diced mango.
  3. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of yogurt on top.
  4. Sprinkle granola on top of the final yogurt layer.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute other fruits based on your preference.
  • This parfait can be made ahead of time, but add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
