Description

A delicious and creamy pumpkin smoothie perfect for autumn mornings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the pumpkin puree, banana, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey or maple syrup if using.
  2. Add the ice and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • For a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana instead of fresh.
  • Feel free to add protein powder for an extra boost.
