- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 2 cups pumpkin puree

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until softened.
- In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, heavy cream, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the sautéed mushrooms and onion mixture with the pumpkin mixture.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
