A delightful fall treat that combines the flavors of pumpkin and spices in a magical bar form.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts (if using) on top of the pumpkin layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These bars can be served warm or chilled.
- Feel free to add more spices for extra flavor.
