Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts (if using) on top of the pumpkin layer.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • These bars can be served warm or chilled.
