Instructions

- Stir in the melted butter and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture on each crepe, roll them up, and serve warm.
