Description

A delightful and festive pumpkin cheese ball that is perfect for gatherings and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (for coating)
  • Fresh herbs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and pumpkin puree.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans to coat the outside.
  5. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with fresh herbs.
  6. Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the cheese mixture.
  • This cheese ball can be made a day in advance for convenience.
