- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and pumpkin puree.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans to coat the outside.
- Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with fresh herbs.
- Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
