  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and almond milk to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the protein powder, oats, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
