Ingredients

- 2 cups of lo mein noodles
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the noodles and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well to coat the noodles.
- Season with salt to taste and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
