Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Olive oil for grilling


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with Italian seasoning.
  3. Form the beef mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.
  6. Cover the grill to melt the cheese.
  7. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a minute.
  8. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bun and adding any additional toppings you desire.
