Description

A deliciously creamy dessert layered with pistachio flavor, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  5. Spread the pistachio mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped pistachios before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of whipped topping.
