- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
- In another bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Spread the pistachio mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of whipped topping.
