Description

Deliciously soft and creamy cookies infused with strawberry flavor, perfect for any dessert lover.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pink food coloring (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and strawberry puree, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. If desired, add a few drops of pink food coloring to enhance the color.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
