Description

A delightful and moist cake perfect for spring, infused with the refreshing flavor of pineapple juice.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, pineapple juice, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the crushed pineapple gently.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl.
  6. Once the cake is done, let it cool for 10 minutes before drizzling the glaze over the top.
  7. Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
