  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cored

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cut the pineapple into small chunks.
  4. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Arrange the kielbasa and pineapple on a baking sheet.
