- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the pineapple into small chunks.
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Arrange the kielbasa and pineapple on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the sauce over the kielbasa and pineapple.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the kielbasa is heated through and caramelized.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
