A refreshing and energizing shot packed with tropical flavors and health benefits.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped pineapple, coconut water, grated ginger, lime juice, and honey.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a glass to remove any pulp.
  4. Pour the shot into small glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • For a spicier kick, add more ginger.
  • These shots can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
