Ingredients

  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, undrained
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped pecans if using.
