- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 package of egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the bell peppers and onions, cooking until softened.
- Mix in the cream cheese until melted and combined.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto an egg roll wrapper.
- Sprinkle with provolone cheese and roll up tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the roll ups until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
