- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Push the vegetables to the side and add the sliced ribeye steak.
- Cook the steak until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Mix the vegetables with the steak.
- Place provolone cheese slices on top and cover until melted.
- Fill hoagie rolls with the steak and cheese mixture.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
