Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
  3. Push the vegetables to the side and add the sliced ribeye steak.
  4. Cook the steak until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix the vegetables with the steak.
