- 8 oz high-protein pasta
- 8 oz lean steak, sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small bell pepper, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for sautéing
Instructions
- Cook the high-protein pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- Heat a little cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet, and sauté until softened.
- Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese, milk, and beef broth. Mix until smooth and the cheese is melted.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the creamy steak mixture.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
