Description

A comforting fusion of Philly cheesesteak and mac and cheese, packed with protein-rich ingredients for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz high-protein pasta
  • 8 oz lean steak, sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 small bell pepper, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for sautéing


Instructions

  1. Cook the high-protein pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat a little cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet, and sauté until softened.
  4. Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese, milk, and beef broth. Mix until smooth and the cheese is melted.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the creamy steak mixture.
  7. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
