Description

A delicious and easy-to-make flatbread topped with pesto and chicken, perfect for a quick dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the flatbread.
  3. Top with shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Add halved cherry tomatoes on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other toppings like spinach or bell peppers.
  • Can be made with store-bought or homemade pesto.
