Description

A vibrant and flavorful Peruvian chicken dish perfect for a spring dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lime juice.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
