Description

A delightful recipe for Pepperoni Mozzarella Croissant Rolls that will impress your guests.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of croissant dough
  • 1 cup of sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Place a few slices of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese on each triangle.
  4. Roll the dough from the wide end to the point to form a crescent shape.
  5. Place the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the croissants.
  7. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
