Ingredients

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract and pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine corn syrup, brown sugar, salt, and chopped pecans.
  8. Pour the pecan mixture over the cheesecake layer.
  9. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set.
  10. Let cool before cutting into bars.
