Description

A simple and delicious recipe for making fresh pear juice at home.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe pears
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash the pears thoroughly and cut them into quarters.
  2. Remove the seeds and stems from the pears.
  3. Add the pear quarters, lemon juice, and water to a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
  6. Serve the juice chilled or over ice.

Notes

  • For a sweeter juice, use ripe pears.
  • You can add a bit of ginger for extra flavor.
  • Store any leftover juice in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
