Description

These Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bars are a creamy, protein-rich treat made with only five simple ingredients. Perfect for summer snacking or healthy dessert cravings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups thick Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
  • 34 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 5 tbsp plant-based protein powder (optional)
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)
  • Optional toppings: peanut butter cups, chocolate chips, cacao nibs, berries

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Swirl in peanut butter or stir to fully combine.
  3. Line a loaf pan with parchment and pour in the mixture. Smooth the top.
  4. Top with optional toppings like chocolate chips or granola.
  5. Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight until firm.
  6. Let thaw for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Store leftovers in the freezer.
