- 3–4 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 5 tbsp plant-based protein powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Swirl in peanut butter or stir to fully combine.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment and pour in the mixture. Smooth the top.
- Top with optional toppings like chocolate chips or granola.
- Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight until firm.
- Let thaw for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Store leftovers in the freezer.
