- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and peanut butter, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Stir in the crushed Butterfinger bars, reserving some for topping.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup and garnish with whipped cream and remaining crushed Butterfinger. Enjoy!
