Description

A delicious and energizing smoothie made with peanut butter and bananas.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (optional)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and place them in a blender.
  2. Add the peanut butter and milk to the blender.
  3. If desired, add honey and yogurt for extra sweetness and creaminess.
  4. Add ice cubes to the blender for a chilled smoothie.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  7. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a vegan option, use almond milk and skip the yogurt.
  • Feel free to add protein powder for an extra boost.
