Peach Sorbet Without Ice Cream Maker

  • Author: Tiffany

Description

This peach sorbet without an ice cream maker is smooth, creamy, and naturally sweet — made with just frozen peaches, lemon juice, and a touch of honey. No churning, no dairy, no problem!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups frozen peach slices (peeled if desired)
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 24 tbsp water (as needed for blending)

Instructions

  1. If using fresh peaches, peel (optional), slice, and freeze on a baking sheet until solid — about 4 hours.
  2. Add frozen peaches, honey or syrup, and lemon juice to a high-powered blender or food processor.
  3. Pulse until mixture starts to blend. Add water 1 tbsp at a time as needed to help blend to a smooth texture.
  4. Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1–2 hours for firmer scoops.

Notes

Use very ripe peaches for best flavor and texture. Let thaw a few minutes before scooping if fully frozen. For extra creaminess, add half a frozen banana — or swap in mango for variation!
