Description

Delicious peach pie cinnamon rolls that are perfect for spring desserts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup peaches, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix milk, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread cream cheese on top.
  6. Sprinkle diced peaches, cinnamon, and brown sugar over the cream cheese.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Let cool before serving.
