Description
Bright and refreshing popsicles with layers of strawberry, coconut, and blueberry, perfect for summer celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup coconut milk or yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries, pureed
- Sweetener to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the strawberries until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry puree into popsicle molds, filling them about one-third full.
- Freeze for about 60 minutes until slightly firm.
- Mix the coconut milk or yogurt with optional sweetener, then pour over the strawberry layer in the molds, filling them another third full.
- Freeze for another 60 minutes until firm.
- Puree the blueberries and pour them into the molds to fill completely.
- Insert sticks and freeze until solid, about 240 minutes or overnight.
- Run warm water over the outside of the molds to remove the popsicles.

Ensure each layer is firm before adding the next for clean lines.
