Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the parsley, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, and garlic.
- Pulse until the ingredients are finely chopped.
- With the processor running, slowly add the olive oil until the mixture is smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the pesto to a jar and store in the refrigerator.

- For a nut-free version, you can omit the pine nuts.
- This pesto can be used on pasta, sandwiches, or as a dip.
