Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Assorted toppings (fruits, whipped cream, chocolate chips)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in a small amount of batter to form a pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Once pancakes are ready, fold them into taco shapes and fill with your favorite toppings.
