- 2 Garlic cloves

Instructions
- Take the steak out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat until hot.

- In the last minute of cooking, add butter, crushed garlic, and rosemary to the pan. Spoon the melted butter over the steak as it cooks.
