Instructions

- Husk the corn and remove all silk.
- Brush the corn with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil.
- Place the wrapped corn directly on the oven rack.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove from the oven, unwrap, and serve with butter if desired.
