Ingredients

- 1 block of feta cheese
- 1 package of phyllo dough
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 cup of chili honey
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the feta cheese into sticks.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush with olive oil.
- Place a feta stick at one end of the phyllo and roll it up tightly.
- Brush the top with more olive oil and sprinkle with paprika and garlic powder.
- Repeat until all feta is wrapped.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Drizzle with chili honey and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Freeze before baking for up to 2 months; bake from frozen and add a few extra minutes.
