Description

A delicious and easy way to enjoy a classic shrimp boil, baked in the oven for maximum flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound corn on the cob, cut into thirds
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, potatoes, corn, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking sheet.
  4. Top with lemon slices.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
