A delicious and easy way to enjoy a classic shrimp boil, baked in the oven for maximum flavor.

- 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound corn on the cob, cut into thirds
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, potatoes, corn, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking sheet.
- Top with lemon slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
