Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz chocolate (milk or dark, for coating)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.
- Once the balls are firm, dip each one into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Return the coated balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet and let them set until the chocolate hardens.
- Store the Oreo Balls in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a fun twist, you can add sprinkles or crushed nuts on top of the chocolate before it sets.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to a week.
