- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups Graham Cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 orange (optional)
Instructions
- Dissolve orange jello in boiling water; let cool for 30 minutes.
- Prepare a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray and parchment paper.
- Mix Graham cracker crumbs with melted butter; press into the pan and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese with 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream with remaining powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form; fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Combine whipped cream with cooled jello mixture gently.
- Layer cheesecake filling and jello mixture in crust for a marbled effect.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to set before serving.
