- 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add diced sweet potatoes and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Push the sweet potatoes to the side of the skillet and add the steak.
- Cook the steak to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
