Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add diced sweet potatoes and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Push the sweet potatoes to the side of the skillet and add the steak.
  5. Cook the steak to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  6. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
