Description

A delicious and easy one-pan meal featuring tender steak bites and cheesy tortellini in a flavorful cowboy butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups tortellini
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the smoked paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
