Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk.
- Add the chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, instant coffee granules, almond extract, and cocoa powder.
- Whisk the mixture until well combined and smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bottle or jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
