Instructions

- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the blueberry mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Before serving, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften.
